Gardening 101
Coming in January, this class will help you prepare for Spring gardening. You'll learn how to make seed trays, take cuttings, make clones, and prepare raised bed outdoor gardens. Organic insect controls will be demonstrated as well as in ground "pot sockets" for optimizing your back yard garden. Of course, a fresh, healthy lunch will be served! Gardening 201
This is a little more advanced, but, there's no prerequisite - you can do it! You'll learn how to identify your micro climate. and how to adopt your garden techniques to grow some of your favorite, exotic foods like bananas, kiwi's, mangos, and even (with effort) coffee. We'll customize the class for your interests and even offer sound instruction in growing pharmaceutical grade cannabis.
Cooking to a Healthy Future
Coming in January, Farmer Doug will be teaching classes in vegetable centric, healthy meals. You'll see & try his system for preparing ingredients ahead of time for quick, easy, healthy stir frys and soups. Learn how to make healthy, from scratch, meals in less than a half an hour. Of course, lunch will be served. Watch for details.
