SiveAgro LLC (2000 – 2019): Owner/Operator

• Design / Develop control equipment; Designed equipment and received a United States Provincial Patent# 62/721,201 (patent pending) to protect key design elements

 

Samsung Information Systems America (1998 – 2000): Manager, Manufacturing Information Services

• Using Lotus Notes Domino, designed and implemented an intranet system to track component performance throughout the factory in San Jose

• Accountable for all reliability testing, R&D design of experiments, and all ongoing MTBF testing

• Assigned to the Sun Microsystems account and managed all interface with Sun Microsystems and the factory

• Managed all quality, reliability, and logistics between the manufacturing site in the Philippines and Sun Microsystems worldwide

• Accountable for all Sun audits and closure of all major / minor actions resulting from those audits

 

HMT Technology Corporation  now Komag (1995 – 1997): Manager, Corporate Supplier Quality

• Managed a team of twelve Engineers and Technicians

• Accountable for all incoming quality

• Converted factory from Receiving Inspection to Source Inspection and finally Real Time Process Monitor

• Installed Notes Domino Database system to monitor all internal yield, quality, and MTBF data

 

Seagate Technology (1992 – 1995): Manager, World-Wide Supplier Quality

• Accountable to Corporate staff for all hard disc suppliers worldwide

• Managed a team of six Engineers worldwide and thirteen Media Suppliers in six countries

• Using Lotus Notes Domino, designed, tested and implemented the industries’ first computer automated real time Supply Chain Management system

• Automated all Quality, Yield, and Shipping Performance Data

• Conducted annual Corporate Review of all Disc Suppliers for Executive Staff
